Virtual Manipulatives

Hey guys, this is another manipulative under the NLVM site. It is called "How High", it allows you to work with volume using rectangles, cylinders, and cones. A great way to have students estimate and have fun learning volume.

    I think we are supposed to respond to the blogs. We can always check with Dr. Huse tomorrow. Also add the blog to your Google Reader and follow. =)

    I just finished playing with this virtual manipulative. I think it would be a great tool to prepare the kids for the TAKS test and help them check for reasonableness!
